Analytics privacy

You decide

Google Analytics loads only after you choose Accept. You can decline and still read every story. Use Manage preferences on our Privacy Policy page to change your choice at any time.

What we measure

With permission, we measure page views, reading activity, referral sources, device types and approximate location. Cookies help recognise returning browsers. We do not send your contact messages, name or email address to Analytics.

Changing your mind

Declining analytics stops future collection in that browser and clears its Analytics cookies. It does not automatically delete information already collected.

For cookie lifetimes, retention, advertising information and privacy requests, read our Privacy Policy.
